Affiliated Faculty and Affiliated Scientists at ISI
The Information Sciences Institute of the University of Southern California’s Viterbi School of Engineering (ISI) establishes laboral relationships with professionals beyond its own faculty and staff.
There are joint benefits in creating such associations for both ISI and its collaborators. Not only do these connections help each other stay at the forefront of research and the development of novel technologies, but they can take advantage of such relationships to advance with their projects.
ISI recognizes such individuals by designating them with the titles of Affiliated Faculty or Affiliated Scientist.
Affiliated Faculty
USC Faculty members from varying USC Departments who closely collaborate with ISI researchers.
Affiliated Scientist
Collaborators who hold faculty positions from other institutions, or external collaborator who may or may not hold faculty positions, that excel in different areas of interest to both ISI and its reaserch objectives.
