Two corrections to my response:
There's 
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-debugging.html
    (without the extra /www/)
(which is linked to from http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns.html).
    (at www-mash.cs, not www.cs).

Also, until 2:15pm today ns-debugging was not displaying (possibly
what you meant by ``only blank link about it''.  This html bug has
also been fixed.
