use of create-trace

Hi!
	
	I want to monitor only drops at a queue. I used the command

	$ns create-trace type fileID node1 node2


	While I am sure that drops occur (using trace_queue), I get an
empty file with create-trace.

	Did anybody use create-trace to monitor drops ?
