hi,
	sorry for the little confusion. Though a couple of people did download 
it from the ftp directory earlier, currently they are unavailable through the 
ftp address. I shall check with sally to get that fixed. Meanwhile the files
are accessible from the html address. Please use that.
	Also, the sample tcl script provided along with the files is only to 
show the instantiation of ftp & hhtp client and server objects. Please use
those as guidelines and build your own routines around them.
