Mixing unicast and multicast capable nodes

Hi

I need to simulate an internet composed of multicast capable nodes (for
example to build a LAN) and unicast only capable nodes (for example to
build a NBMA).
Is there a way to mix these two kinds of nodes?

Is correct to simulate a NBMA as a LAN whithout multicast capability?
