Check out tcl/ex/fq.tcl
You've got the number of segments, the segment size and the duration of the 
simulation.

        while 1 {
                global tcp$k
                if [info exists tcp$k] {
                        set tcp [set tcp$k]
                        puts "tcp$k seqno [$tcp set t_seqno_]"
                } else {
                        break
                }

        }
