About install ns

Dear NS users,

I am Park, Myung-hye of Korea Electric Power Research Institute.
Last week, I have downloaded verson 2.1b2 NS.

In according to NS
homepage(http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-build.html#allinone),
NS can be built on any OS(UNIX, WIN95, Windows NT). Right?

So I tried to install NS on my PC with WIN 95 environment.
After unzip and untar "ns-allinone-2_1b2_tar.gz" on UNIX, I transfered those
files to my PC.
But the "install" file does not execute in WIN95...

I want to know that NS can be installed in WIN95?

Please let me know it promptly...
