Proposed New release of ns (v2.1b3)

Hi,
   This is an announcement for a new release of ns which is being updated
to version 2.1b3. The release is targetted around/on 07/09/98 , and
shall be confirmed thru another announcement once the release is complete.
It shall be available for downloading from the same place as before:
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-build.html
