installation problem of ns-allinone v2.1b3

Dear ns experts,

I'm trying to install the all-in-one package of ns version 2.1b3 on
SunOS (4.1.3C 1 sun4m) but encountered these problems:

config.h:106: declaration of C function `int gettimeofday(struct timeval
* ...)' conflicts with /usr/local/lib/g++-include/time.h:84: previous
declaration `int gettimeofday(struct timeval *, struct timezone *)' here

config.h:110: declaration of C function `int srandom(int)' conflicts
with /usr/local/lib/g++-include/stdlib.h:62: previous declaration `void
srandom(int)' here

config.h:111: declaration of C function `int random(...)' conflicts with
/usr/local/lib/g++-include/stdlib.h:61: previous declaration `long int
random()' here

*** Error code 1
make: Fatal error: Command failed for target `random.o'
Ns make failed! Exiting ...

It seems that several C function declarations conflict with those in
/usr/local/lib/g++-include/stdlib.h in my system.

I saw 'almost similar' bug report for Devian Linux, but I don't think
it's relevant to my case.

Any suggestion/advice?

Please ... please help me.
