ns_tcl.cc echo

I installed ns-2.1b3 on Solaris 2.5.1. When I try running ns it just
echoes the source file gen/ns_tcl.cc and exits with the following error:
  (_o1 instvar line 1)
    invoked from within
"$self instvar z2"
    (procedure "_o1" line 3)
    (RNG init line 3)
    invoked from within
"_o1 init "
    (Class create line 1)
    invoked from within
"RNG create _o1 "
    invoked from within
"catch "$className create $o $args" msg"
    (procedure "new" line 3)
    invoked from within
"new RNG"          

Does anybody had this problem before or can think of a solution to it?
