Can any one help me ?

Hi

I need to make the following network tapolgy with certain conditions: 

         N0
       /    \
      N1    N2
       \    /
         N3
I add TCP at N0 and TCPSink at N3 and attach FTP at N0

My problem is I need at time 0 the Link N2-N3 is disabled and only the
link N1-N3 is enabled and after a certain time say 6 sec to enable the
Link from N2 to N3 and disable the link N1-N3.
In other words, Can ns able to handle the dynamic configuaration of
links or not?

Can anyone help me to overcome this problem?
