Error in running multicast scripts.

I used the patch at
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/dist/vint/ns-2.1b3-mcast.pch,
and then re-make ns, but it still not works. 
When I run mcast.tcl, I got error message:
invalid command name "Simulator"
    while executing
"Simulator create _o1 "
    invoked from within
"catch "$className create $o $args" msg"
    (procedure "new" line 3)
    invoked from within
"new Simulator"
    (file "mcast.tcl" line 44)

When I run validate, it told me:
Some test failed
validate overall report: some tests failed:
     ./test-all-simple ./test-all-tcp ./test-all-full ./test-all-red
./test-all-sack ./test-all-schedule ./test-all-cbq ./test-all-red-v1
./test-all-cbq-v1 ./test-all-sack-v1 ./test-all-v1 ./test-all-vegas-v1

./test-all-ecn ./test-all-session

What should I do?
