nam-src-1_0a5_tar.tar --> directory check sum error..

   I am installing ns-2 in Solaris 2.5.5

   For patching nam , I tared the patch file (tar xvf
nam-src-1_0a5_tar.tar)
   But "directory check sum" error occured.
   I tried the downloading & tarring repeatedly. but the same.
   I want to know what's the problem.
