ns TCP/IP over ATM simulation

third-party extensions that provide a derived ATM node class etc.

I haven't played with this yet, but as I see it's not mentioned on or
linked to from the ns contributed code page (and ATM support is of
considerable interest to a lot of people), I thought I'd point it
out. 

Can anyone who has used this comment on it?
