NAM window size

Hello All,
	I am using nam-1.0a6. When I run nam, I get always two windows,
one window as a nam console and the other window running my application.
	I am trying to adjust the geometry of the window running my 
application, so I use nam -g dimensions, but what I get is a change in the geometry
of the nam console window. Can any one tell me how to adjust the size of the
window running my application.
