http over TCP ?

I would like to run http over TCP - How ?

1) "set http0 [new Application/http]" 
   doesn't work
2) "set http0 [new Http $ns $n0 $n3]"
   "$http0 attach-agent $tcp0"
   doesn't work too :( ...
