I have encountered the same problems when NS was  installed in SunOS
platform .By my experience,SunOS's cc cimpiler is not fit for compiling
NS source code. I suggest you install GNU's gcc2.8.x,then recompile your
all modules of NS.This is the best way against your trouble without
modifing NS' configrations.
