ns Schedular time unit ???

Hello all,

I am sorry if this is not related, but I would like to know the unit of
time in ns. That is, when I call
Scheduler::instance().clock() function, it returns me a double number.
So I would like to convert/interpret
this double number in terms of milliseconds.

Any ideas about how to do that ?
