NS-2 with mobility support

Hello,

I am Guruprasad doing M.S. in E.E. at the University of Texas at Dallas.
As a Research Assistant I am working on a project which involves the
development of a network simulator on which various protocols at the 
different layers including Mobile IP can be simulated. I have to do this
on a Windows NT platform.

Incidentally I came across Charles Perkin's web site about mobility
support for NS-2 which was very interesting . I would like to know whether
the code developed by Charles Perkins has been integrated with the 
existing NS-2 package. If you have not done it before, may I know how you 
intend doing it ?

I would greatly appreciate it if you could answer my query as early as
possible.
