Rate Adaptation using RTP/RTCP

Hi.

This is Yung Yi.

 

I want to implement some protocol using RTP as the transport protocol.

This protocol adapts the sending rate which is based on RTCP control information.

Is there example tcl implementation about that?

 

If using RTCP source adapts the sending rate, anything is good.
