Stefan and Ma Da,

For the past couple of hours, I was trying to generate the same error
on my machine with no avail.  I am not sure what caused the problem
for you.  If possible, run `autoconf' both in otcl-1.0a4 and
tclcl-1.0b8, and re-install ns, and let me know what happens.
