ns build with-tcldebug


  When I built ns-2.1b4 with-tcldebug, it gave the following error:
 
tclAppInit.o: In function `Tcl_AppInit':
.../ns2/tclAppInit.cc:96: undefined reference to `Dbg_Init'
misc.o: In function `VersionCommand::command(int, char const *const *)':
.../ns2/misc.cc:84: undefined reference to `version_string'
.../ns2/misc.cc:84: undefined reference to `version_string'
 
  However, the building without tcldebug is successful. Can anybody tell
me what is the problem?
