problems with ns2.

Sir/Madam,
     I am a new user of ns-2. I downloaded the all-in-one package, and
run "install" script. Then, I want to test whether it works. I followed
the documents in Demos section on the web.
ns fq.tcl
The error message is
application-specific initialization failed: Can't find a usable init.tcl
in the
following directories:
    /usr/local/lib/tcl7.5 /usr/apps/lib/tcl7.5
/w/ee.0/rubin/yungszu/ee233c/ns-a
llinone-2.1b5/ns-2.1b5/tcl7.5/library
/w/ee.0/rubin/yungszu/ee233c/ns-allinone-2
.1b5/ns-2.1b5/tcl/library
This probably means that Tcl wasn't installed properly.

invalid command name "new"
    while executing
"new Simulator"
    invoked from within
"set ns [new Simulator]..."
    (file "fq.tcl" line 8)



What's the reason? and what should I do to deal with this problem?
