Hi,

I am interested in different buffer management techniques and would like
to study FRED (flow RED, proposed by Lin and Morris) along with the ones
available in ns-2 such as RED, DRR, DropTail. 

If any one has an ns implementation of FRED and would kindly share it with
me, I would appreciate that very much.
