Initial window size of TCP.

Hi,
 
  Can anyone help me run a simulation on
 
         " Effects of increasing TCP initial window."????????
 
 Is there any code out there which i can use???
 
 
 i tried using code form rfc-2415, but it does not work well with ns2.
 
 
 can anyone help me install ns1.0 on my PC(windows NT)??????
 
 Any help will be greatly appreciated.
