I try it again but still have problems.

Yes. I am the root of my machine. However, when I installed it under a
user account. Certainly, when it is needed, I open all permission.

I think it should complete it when I installed otcl and tclcl because,
at that time, it automatically established some directory under
system directroy.

Just a momnet ago, I checked the output information reported by
"./configure" of nam-1.0a7. I did not find anything wrong. I attach it
with this email. Hope you can give me further help.

I also directly define the environment variable PATH. However, the
outcome is still the same.
