RE: installing ns on win95

I finally managed to generate an ns.exe, however, when I run it, it fails to
find init.tcl . If I put init.tcl in the same directory, it runs without any
warnings but when I try to run a script, it fails to dispatch a method (for
example, the error message says : unable to dispatch method trace-all) and
stops.

Any hint on what may be the problem this time ?
