Ditto. (And I can't see why the first line of queuemon-test is
sourcing ~/ns/tcl/lib/ns-queue.tcl, either.)

it seems to be a problem with the instproc in ~/ns/tcl/lib/ns-link.tcl.
Not quite userland stuff.
