random traffic

As in chapter 15 (Mathematical Support) of Notes&Documentation, I want
to use the same random traffic to compare different scheduling
algorithms: though it's clear how to get a new Random Number Generator,
I don't know how to pass it to the traffic source as a cbr traffic
generator.
Is it possible in Otcl or I have to create my traffic generator?
