RE: Windows Binary ns-2_1b5

Hello,

I believe the windows binary version of ns-2.1b5 already contains
the components necessary to run ns (Tcl/Tk/Otcl and Tclc). Marc Greis'
examples should compile with this binary version of ns.

Upgrade your WinZip. Version 7 is know to support tar and should
untar
this successfully. (WinZip 5.6 supported tar badly, thanks to lousy
	CR/LF handling. 6.0 was better.)
