Re: satellite with ns

Yes, the new documentation added July 1 (and snapshots of the code on July
1 and thereafter) contain new satellite-related code.  As the
documentation states, parts of the code may change a bit before the next 
announced release as we try to better integrate the satellite and wireless
extensions with the rest of ns.
