yes. Daily snapshot is available at
http://mash.cs.berkeley.edu/dist/vint/ns-src-current.tar.gz. I believe you
can find more information from
http://mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-build.html, simply grep for 'snapshot'.
