At first, I apologize to non-Korean ns users for making this
mailing-list dirty.

I want to announce some informations to only-Korean ns users,
but have no idea of that method.
To ns-users in Korea,
we've constructed web-page having board. We hope that many
people are discussing ns-2 such as tips, implementation methods and so
on.
