Segmentation fault

Hi, there.

I am trying to start using ns & nam.
I installed ns-allinone-2.1b5 and it was successful.
Then I ran ns with the file "example1a.tcl" and the file "out.nam"
was produced, but nam was not started automatically.
So I tried to run nam with out.nam manually, but I got an
error message "segmentation fault".

inside of out.nam is as follows
V -t * -v 1.0a5 -a 0
A -t * -n 1 -p 0 -o 255 -c 15 -a 1
A -t * -h 1 -m 127 -s 8
n -t * -a 0 -s 0 -S UP -v circle -c black
n -t * -a 1 -s 1 -S UP -v circle -c black
l -t * -s 0 -d 1 -S UP -r 1000000 -D 0.01 -c black -o

Can anyone help me with this problem?
