   Yes, there is a file - libotcl.a in the otcl directory. I compile using
"./configure " follow by "make". But i having error message during the
make process  - 
ld: fatal:symbol referencing errors. No output written to otclsh
*** Error code 1
make:Fatal error : command failed for target 'otclsh'
