help on ns

dear sir ,

i have download and successfully installed the file ns-allinone.2.1b5.tar.gz .
i also want to use cmu wireless extensions .
i downloded the extensions from the cmu site . i dont know if the
ns-allinone-2.1b5.tar.gz include the cmu extensions or not ? if not how can i
build it with the ns-allinone package which i installed .
the cmu extension file is cmu-extendedns-1.1.2.tar.gz .
please tell me the steps to build it .
