Actually, the version of setdest in 2.1b5 is not very portable at all
(see old ns-users messages for details).
Fortunatly the code was recently cleaned up---if you need this program,
start from the version in the current daily snapshot.

(There may still be lurking portability problems to Windows, we didn't
test it there, but it's a much better version to start with than 2.1b5.)
