Hi,

Well, it depends on which shell your using. But, try adding these linse at 
the end of one of the files ".cshrc" or ".bashrc"
setenv PATH $PATH:/usr/ns/ns-allinone-2.1b5/bin
setenv LD_LIBRARY_PATH 
$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/ns/ns-allinone-2.1b5/otcl-1.0a4.
