Hi Kisoon,

I had the same error while installing NS on linux, and and I downloaded
tcl8.0.5 and tk8.0.5. I just worked fine then.
You can download them from the followinf locations
:http://www.scriptics.com/products/tcltk/8.0.html. You'll have to change
then 8.0.4 with 8.0.5 in configuration files.
