AddrParams, shift & mask

Hi,

	I know that all values for shift and mask are stored by AddrParams; but 
I can't find the values. I mean where (files) are initialized the values for 

AddrParams PortMask_
AddrParams PortShift_
...

I thought it was done in ns-default.tcl, but the code there is commented; and I 
couldn't find them in the files from tcl/lib.
