List of multicast routing protocols

  I am new to NS.
  I would appreciate if someone could provide me with the list
  of multicast routing protocols supported currently in NS and 
  it would be great if someone could give the path of corresponding
  source code in ns distribution.

  There are about 5 diff protocols
   1. Core Based Trees
   2. Distance Vector MRP
   3. Multicast extn to OSPF
   4. Protocol independent - sparse mode
   5. Protocol independent - dense mode

  Of these, which are supported ?
