what could possibly be happening is this:
- adresses are stored unencoded inside the classifier
- but the lookup is done on the encoded adresses
- so if you want to set a slot for the pair (0,1), you should be setting
it for the encoded pair (0,256).
The unknown-flow error is raised by HashClassifier::newflow(Packet* p).
