Perl/Tk build problems

i'm trying to play back a out.tr.viz with ad-hockey but it complains about
not finding some Tk files and binaries. (On Linux Red HAt 6.0)
When i try to build Tk400.200 with
perl Makefile.PS
it core dumps (even though I cant find core afterward) adn fails after it
gets through the first part,

Writing Makefile for Tk::HList
Following modules are required but not installed:
URI::URL
HTML::Parse
Writing Makefile for Tk::HTML
...
...
... etc
Writing Makefile for Tk::Pixmap
Checking if your kit is complete
Looks good
Segmentation Fault (core dump)

any ideas why this is failing!!!
