saying:
- each release of ns requires tclcl, otcl, and nam of similar vintage,
- building a daily snapshot of ns mean getting and building
  a daily snapshot of tclcl and nam as well because these change
  frequently (right next to the snapshot links where it would be
  read)

we'd save everyone a lot of time.
