how to embed pgm into ns

hello,
    now i  am installing pgm based on ns.The pgm i downloades from the
net is based on ns-2b2,but the ns i got is b4. so i made some
modifications on some .tcl and Makefile. but i run the "ns" , some
source codes appeared on the screen.can u tell me how to do?
