I downloaded Haobo Yu's version of sgb2ns at :
http://www-mash.cs.berkeley.edu/ns/ns-topogen.html,

and the Tcl lines generated are like:
$ns duplex-link $n(0) $n(12) $linkBW 230ms DropTail

It works.
