about link delay .

Hello all,

	I've two links one with BW 1MB and the other with BW 0.1MB
	and both having same delay , say 10 msec.
	
	I send a packet on these lines and measure the end to end delay.
	I have found that the packet suffers greater delay on the lower 
	BW path.

	I was expecting same delay in both cases as the lines are
	operating far below their capacity and their are no queues formed.

	Can somebody please explain this ?
