Forced drops

Hi!,
 I want to simulate a simple 2 node network with a TCP source where each
TCP packet is dropped with a certain probability p(t), i.e the drop
probability is a function of time. Actually, p(t) is already known to me
before I start the simualtion. I'm using the ErrorModel but don't know how
to drop individual packets. I need some help from other users in solving
this problem.
