ns-2.16b compilation

Hi all,

I seems to have got all the compilations working for (tk8.0.4,tcl8.0.4), 
snapshots of tclcl-1.0b9, buts when I compile ns-2.1b6 (todays -14/1/2000 
snaptshot), I get the following error !!

Any one knows what the error is !!
