If you mean Zone Routing as Hierarchical Routing Protocol, it has been
already implemented in ns.
Otherewise, I don't think we have a routing protocol named Zone in ns.
However, you could check the routing protocol which ns provides
at  http://www.isi.edu/~salehi/ns_doc/node123.html
